INTERNATIONAL FOLKLORE FESTIVAL
“MOONLIGHT IN VENICE”

Moonlight Events in cooperation with the municipality of the city of Venice / Lido Di Jesolo and the touristic organization organize the International festival in Venice. All folklore groups are free to apply for the festival without the age limit or the limit of the participants.
Festival Program
1 Day 12.04.
14:00 Arrival to Venice. Accommodation in the selected accommodation unit.
19:00 Dinner
Free time for the individual activities.
2 Day 13.04.
07:30 Breakfast
10:00 Briefing with the organizers and other participating ensembles.
Free time for the individual activities.
17:00 Dinner
19:00 Gathering of the groups. Defile.
19:30 Opening ceremony of the the festival. Performances of the groups.
(The detailed program and the order of appearances will be submitted to the groups on their arrival)
Closing and award ceremony of the festival.
3 Day 14.04.
07:30 Breakfast
10:00 Optional excursion of Venice and the island Murano, Lido di Jesolo and Verona, city sightseeing.
19:00 Dinner
4 Day15.04.
07:30 Breakfast
12:00 Departure of the groups. End of service
Price per participant: 109€

Companion during the festivaL
Price does not include:
Optional excursions, night outs, parties, sightseeing, bus parking fee (where required), foreigner city tax (where required, for the participants above 14. Y.o. excluded the group leaders and drivers)
Insurance for passengers. Other individual costs of the participants.
